Potential buyers often drive around back streets and country areas to get a ‘feel’ for the place and seeing a property they like with ‘for sale’ sign is sometimes the trigger they need to consider putting in an offer; in some cases they maybe going to look at another property but notice the ‘for sale’ sign on yours!
