You may also want to consider paying for a professional ‘walk through video’ of your property. This can then be uploaded to the internet and be distributed through online outlets.

  1. Traditional print outlets

Contrary to popular belief, print isn’t dead! Listings in local newspapers, advertising in property magazines and preparing fliers and printed brochures all still are great ways to get your property to your target market.

Many people consider paying for a professional property photographer to ensure the images show the property in the best possible way.

  1. Signage

Don’t underestimate the value of having physical signage outside your property. In our experience, this has worked extremely well for many properties, not just those situated on busy roads. Potential buyers often drive around back streets and country areas to get a ‘feel’ for the place and seeing a property they like with ‘for sale’ sign is sometimes the trigger they need to consider putting in an offer; in some cases they maybe going to look at another property but notice the ‘for sale’ sign on yours!
