Elle joins us after spending five years with Bunnings, where she established herself as one of Australia's leading kitchen designers and sales consultants. In fact, for the final three years of her time with the company, Elle was recognised as the number one kitchen designer and salesperson across Australia, an achievement that reflects her dedication to customer service, attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Following her success at Bunnings, Elle moved into a recruitment role with the NSW Government, where she further developed her administration, communication and people skills. This experience gave her valuable insight into identifying quality candidates and understanding the importance of building strong relationships with people from all walks of life.
Prior to joining Bunnings, Elle completed her Certificate IV in Property Practice and always had a desire to build a career in the real estate industry. She felt the time was right to pursue that goal and chose to join Newcastle Property Management because of the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by Kellie Andriessen, who is held in extremely high regard throughout the real estate industry and brings almost 40 years of property management experience to the role.
Outside of work, Elle is a proud mother of three children, two girls and a boy. She is also a passionate netballer who enjoys an active lifestyle and brings a positive attitude and enthusiasm to everything she does.
