Then you can choose whether to have ‘Request a call back’ from one of our experienced team to get the most accurate appraisal or get the appraisal sent directly to your inbox.

As well as giving you a free appraisal on your property, we’ll also fill you in on the latest market insights and give you other sales data, listings and information on the local market. This will help you make informed decisions about what the local market is doing if you’re thinking of putting your property on the market.

With online advertising constantly on the rise, we have looked at other cost-effective ways we can market properties direct to an engaged and genuine audience.

We are running a VIP Buyer Program where registered buyers can find out about properties before they hit the public selling websites. This program is proving to be very popular; over the past three months, over half of properties listed with us have sold this way, all at very competitive prices.
